Personalized tokens (Plotter cut)
Cardboard sheets printed, laminated and die-cut on plotter.

Materials and printing type:
Printing: High quality digital printing 2 sides.
Paper: 135 grams glossy white coated paper.
Cardboard: High density compact cardboard with a thickness of 1.2mm.
Remarks: Plotter die-cut paper, fully customizable, allows multiple shapes within the A4 sheet. Allows subdividing the sheet into smaller sheets.
Requirements: Essential to send 2 files, 1 with the print and the other with the die line to make the cut. All elements must have 2.5mm bleed and be separated from each other by at least 5mm.
Limitations: The cut allows for high precision but still has some variability, making bleed essential to avoid unexpected results. The cut has small imperfections as it does not have an exact mold.
Uses:
- Plotter die-cutting: recommended for low run final product, the chips have some residue from the cut, recommended to clean the edges.
